DO NOT GO HERE!!! All I wanted was a simple screen protector, and as soon as I left I took it out of the packaging (still in its foam casing), and it shattered all across the top. This only concludes to cheap product being sold in this store. The man would not give me my refund back Of 21 because it didn’t happen in the store. I repeat do not go here, terrible customer service.

They fixed my phone after I cracked the screen, and that's really all I wanted of them. Also applied a phone screen for me which is nice. However, I had to call into the store to see if my pre-ordered phone screen was there, and then was asked if I had received a call from them when I entered the store. Would like there to be some way of keeping track of these things between store workers. As well, they did not inform me that they would need my password beforehand. They did not give me the contract to sign beforehand, and then tried to hurry me when I was reading it. Finally, I was not told that my phone would have to be a certain percent of battery (75%) before they could replace the screen. If I had known that, I would have ensured that before I came in for the job. Overall, they did the job I wanted. But what was quoted as an hour job, really took two and a half hours. Job done, but some improvements could be made.

I"ve taken my kids cracked screens here several times to be fixed, and a tablet and have never had any issues. It was just a normal transaction.

DON'T GO HERE! My phone didn't have one pre existing issue besides a cracked screen before I took it in to get a replacement. After I got it back it died and will no longer turn back on. They refuse to give a refund and it seems like this has happened many times before.

They never provided an official receipt. I went back to ask for one and they refused to do so. The even refused to provide a copy of the agreement I signed. I needed the receipt for work. Very unprofessional. Will not reccomend to anyone; especially when you're paying a lot of money to fix a phone. Go to Mobile Klinik instead. Your money is worth going else where for guarentee records and quality customer service. Very disappointed.

They put a new screen on my daughters iPhone. As soon as we got home it quit working properly. The screen cracked while she was trying to clean it. Went back to the store and the guy basically said tough luck. Wouldn’t do anything for us. Highly recommend you stay away from this business.

I came he a couple months ago to get my phone's screen fixed and now it does not work I am very mad. There is also very bad service. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
