Asked for a quote on tires over Facebook messenger. Received the price. Came in and put a deposit on the tires and got an invoice with the quoted price with me deposit. Couple hours later received a call that they had miss quoted me on the price of the tires and I would either have to pay more or get a refund on my deposit. Whenever this has happened with any other company I have ever heard of, they have just kept the quoted price, as it was their screw up. I also already had a quote and invoice with that price listed. Pretty sure they are legally supposed to honor the quote/invoice given but after repeatedly asking and telling them they said that they couldn’t. I would usually push the matter but the guy was very shaken up over this and I decided it wasn’t worth it. I realize mistakes are made but would not recommend them to anyone for operating in that way. A quote is a quote. If someone screws it up they should still honor it. Wasted a couple hours of my very few days off for nothing.

Probably are a fine Buisness. Asked for a quote by email and the junk mail that I kept getting has turned me off to the point where I will never ever enter their hallowed halls! Ken out of Rimbey area.

Got a quote over Facebook went into pay for the tires and it was actually 50 cheaper. Very well priced tires and good service
