I've been talking with Connor about purchasing a used Mini here. He's been professional and transparent during the whole process. Very pleasant experience so far with him throughout the process: friendly, low pressure sales here. We haven't closed the deal yet, so this review may be subject to change, but so far I'm especially impressed with the sales team here.

Purchased a 2011 Camaro on Feb.06, 2021 from salesman Jordan White who worked well with Sales Manager Zac Moleschi together they made it an effortless transaction. John Engelhardt, the finance manager had the paperwork done promptly and was very easy to work with had me on my within an hour. Huge thanks to Nevin Howse for pointing me in their direction!
I wish I could have gotten a deal done here... but for 500 or so, I was forced to walk. They tell you in print: No Fees... but then every vehicle carries a 899 security package... sounds like a fee to me! Great, friendly people though.
The BEST Dealership we have ever dealt with. PERIOD. I will choose MGM Ford as our new dealership to deal with for life! My hubby & I were looking for a Ford F350 Truck with specific requirements to be approved by my auto bonus program with Le-Vel & after driving around to various dealerships in Calgary & area, we stopped in @ MGM & a young fella named Shawn came out & spoke to us, took our info, and said to leave it with him & he will see what he could find us. From there, call back from Shawn they thought they found a truck to work, and Morris Brese contacted us then Trevor Medwid to get financing to work. The initial truck didn't work in our favor, but Trevor went to work & found us more then we were looking for & then some. From there Financing arranged & agreed upon, gave us want we had hoped for trade ins without seeing them, we drove up with our car/truck & BANG we drove home in a 2020 F350 SD Platinum. The whole experience @ the dealership on the phone & in person was impeccable. Friendly, smiling, happy to help atmosphere unlike ANY OTHER car dealership I have ever been to. (OK Lexus dealership is a close second) but both my hubby & I are BEYOND HAPPY of our overall experience @ MGM FORD & specifically working with Trevor Medwid, He is such an asset to that dealership, and helpful even after bringing our Star Thriver home(my new nickname for our truck). Called in for recalls. Service advisor said she will call back in few minutes. Did not even get a call back that day. Called Cam Clark Ford in Red Deer and got all arranged within 2 minutes. Being in automotive service myself I think that is just lack of care for customers. My friend who used to work for Go Auto told me that they had a bad reputation for customer service. Now I see that!!! But they are big corporation so I guess they just don't give a sh*t!!!
