According to the Alberta Law Society, Mr. McElhaney is no longer practicing Alberta Law. He knowingly accepted my retainer cheque 3 weeks ago even though he knew he was not allowed to practice. He cashed it and I have not heard from him since. Check with the Alberta Law Society before hiring any lawyer ever!!! Other clients have told me since then that they are filing cases against him as well.
