Great Customer Service! My first time at this Lululemon location and the staff were extremely helpful! I was greeted upon entry and the staff were very knowledgeable about the product! They helped me find the right size and called me by name right until the end of my shopping experience!

It was my first visit at the bower mall store. Customer service is awesome. All the ladies are very nice to everyone. My husband and I felt very welcomed. Kaylee was helping me try the leggings. She is such a happy soul and jolly person. Thanks for helping me out and I love my olive green leggings :)

I would like to say thank-you to all the staff at the Bower Place Lululemon for providing phenomenal customer service during this complex time, with increased restrictions. A particular shout out to Bailey who provided me with such excellent service. The wait times, and virtual line ups were a shock the last few days, but after waiting in line and entering at my time, the staff was great! They informed me the easiest way to enter the store was online booking, which I did for the following day. I arrived at my time and was impressed with the service. The staff were pleasant despite many unhappy people in the line up.. Keep up the great work Lulu team!

While I love wearing lululemon clothing. I had a negative experience in store trying the return a pair of pants. The pants started pilling after several washes. I was told in store that the pants are only to be worn for a yoga class and not for an entire day and that is why they have worn out and it is my fault??? I was under the impression lululemon had quality control standards.

Red Deer does not have a mandatory mask policy and I am grsteful for that but also grateful that individual choices are being respected. Having said that, the experience I had today did not reflect that. We were met with an unfriendly, militant greeting, being told we would not be allowed access to shop unless we complied....we left...guess I will not be purchasing from Lululemon in the future
