My daughter was having serious health and emotional issues and everywhere I went all we got was \We really cannot help you\ and bounced us around to the next person in line. I was scared for my daughter and our family and felt like I was banging my head against a brick wall. Megan was wonderful and helped us navigate the complicate the scary and daunting world of medical and mental health professionals. She was caring and went the extra mile for us and would check in with us with texts that helped us feel supported and like we mattered. She helped us by sending us articles to read and people to contact to help us thru our journey and fight to get the help my child needed.
