They did great work on a hat for my husband, but highly over priced
Tried to exchange a hat and had nothing but issues because there were multiple hats and a buy 3 get 1 free issue. Plus the clerk didn't know how to figure out the return and had to contact another employee to figure it out. Computer showing I had already returned my whole purchase when in fact only 1 had had been exchanged if the 3. Finally got it figure out but I will be hard pressed to shop at Lids again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will shop there again!
