My family and I had a great time at the grand opening today! The new owners have named the cafe Jamie's Riverview Cafe after their little baby girl and she is the cutest! My grilled cheese sandwich was gooey and delicious, and my mom loved the chicken in her sandwich, she said it was seasoned and cooked perfectly and tasted great! My son loves the fresh banana bread and my husband devoured his lunch so quickly that he must have loved it. They serve bubble tea now and the Avocado was awesome! I had no idea it would taste so good, I'll have to go back for more.
We were looking for somewhere different for grab breakfast in Red Deer. I'm glad we did. It's was a simple inexpensive breakfast, and I'd go back again. The raisin bread French toast was great. My partner had a basic breakfast and we were both very happy. It's a bit of an out of the way spot, but quite well run, and just busy enough to keep the server running. Even so she managed to keep on top of everything.
Amazing food, the staff are super friendly, and breakfast was quite well priced and portioned. I'm a bigger guy, and my pregnant wife and I both walked away content with life. 10/10 worth getting off the highway and driving a bit into town for these guys!
