Great delivery company! Service right to my door, and on a Sunday!!! Packages wasn’t supposed to arrive until mid next week, these guys are ON TOP of their deliveries. I’m always happy when I see packages being delivered by Intelcom, they always come early and always right to my door! Thanks for all you do, it’s much appreciated!

The staff were proactive, letting me know the expected delivery day, then that it would arrive within a specific time frame. And the driver had no problem finding my location. So refreshing when so many other couriers have sent packages to totally bizarre locations. Kudos!

My details state I'll pick up packages from the warehouse. Due to me working away and don't always know when my roommate is available for delivery. 'You tried delivering a package on the 20th and called and I said I'd pick it up that I'm back the 28th. Your sent it back already not even 10 days later. Most people in Alberta work 21 days on 1 week off. Sending it back doesn't cost me anything it's super annoying though. I'm refunded and reordering it. It's costing you efficiency the man power and wasted time as well as fuel.

I am out of town today so I purposely placed a large planter outside my front door to give the driver the opportunity to hide my package. They decided to leave my package out in the open directly infront of my door inviting the porch pirates to help themselves. Shows total disregard for good customer service and Intelcom will be hearing from me if I get home and my package is gone. Educate your drivers on proper placement of packages.
