5 stars so that you'll see this and decide better than a 1 star review. Smelled delicious but their pricing for their portions is outrageous. Don't think you're getting a normal portion size for a 17 dollar dish of butter chicken. Or a 6 dollar portion of RICE. Do not compare their portions to portions you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. When we ordered I expected a butter chicken and rice with 2 naan to be about 35 dollars which it was. And I expected to be able to feed 2 people with this amount of food. But the portions were so small it would not be enough for 2 people. Imagine a medium container from Safeway full of butter chicken. And even smaller for the rice. Price/portion is not proportional at all.

I had the opportunity to dine in at the Indian Kitchen in late August. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere: clean surroundings, and background music. I had the basmati rice, garlic naan, and chicken jalfrezi and was delighted. I will happily return next time that I pass through Red Deer. As a side note, the restaurant has implemented COVID-19 prevention protocols which is great to see. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Came from Calgary to visit some friends in Red Deer and we decided to give Indian Kitchen a try after hearing great things. We ordered take-out through their website, and we were blown away. Delivery time was very quick, prices are great and the food was PHENOMENAL. We will be back, often.
Awesome restaurant with great tasting food. Would prefer if prices were a little bit cheaper considering food portions. Or if naan or roti was provided with curry or other dishes as they can be over whelming on there own. Would recommend if your craving Indian food.
Authentic Indian food, very good Quality, Awesome taste, fast service. Very good customer service. Chickpea Salad was very good. I will come again.
