Not sure what sort of training the staff has here but they are very misinformed on common law status and seem flippant about people incurring fees from the federal government. I was told that I could guess my partners income & it would be fine. Talked to my CPA and was told to absolutely not guess. Also the fact that people cannot book appointments to sit down is quite odd to me.
Carmella was very accomodating. She explained everything thoroughly to me. Most staff I've encountered in this office are very pleasant. I recommend that you visit and try their services!

Easy and pleasant
Nice people. But I paid them 150 plus dollars and they never even sent in my forms, they don't send, anything in unless you buy their premium plan. Not satisfied with the quality of work
