As a coalition we knew we had an important message to share but did not have the expertise or resources to effectively share it with the community. Kerstin worked with us to develop a communication plan with specific messages for our target audiences. She created our logo and designed a bookmark to enable our members to personalize messages for clients. Kerstin set up and Jennifer manages our social media platforms.
