Had a great experience here. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and even allowed us to purchase our Under Armor pants at sale price even though the sale ended a day or so ago. Was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Was given a putter and driver head cover as a gift. Went in 27 days after purchase to inquire about options. Only option given was to keep my goods at home until I knew what I wanted to trade them in for. They didn’t even want the putter back on the shelf to sell, no gift card, store credit- nothing. Not any mention at all about a 30 day policy. Go in today, now well past 30 days- nothing for the 35 cover, and 60 for a 180 putter! Unreal- won’t be back.
I had an issue with a Clicgear cart where the arm had broken. I took it in to make a warranty claim and the staff was very helpful although they couldn't promise me Clicgear would honor the warranty on the cart. Shawn called me a number of weeks later and told me that in fact, Clicgear would not cover the broken part. He did however source the broken arm and is having it fixed at no charge. I am disappointed in Clicgear, it is a premium cart and arms should not break after half a season. The service from Golf Town has been great and I appreciate the effort to make a customer happy. I came back this week and bought 200 in Gift Cards, I wouldn't have done that if the service wasn't good. Thanks to Shawn and the ladies at the front for outstanding service. I need to add a quick update to this review. It has been over 6 months since I returned my broken cart and it was sent away to Clicgear. Shawn and the management at Golftown have been terrific to deal with and have gone above and beyond to help with this claim but Clicgear still has not updated us on it's status or arrival date. Just stay away from Clicgear at all costs. Ask for Shawn at Golftown if you want premium service.
Organized enough, but they don't sell 3 packs of golf balls which is all I came in for....
