Worst costumer service , they don't even deserve 1 star. I wanted to get a phone on a contract and they told me the plan I was getting had 20 GB of data and after I payed they gave me the contract to sign which stated that I have 16 GB of data instead of 20 GB that was agreed upon. Therefore I decided I wasn't going to accept this contract which started with a lie. After asking to cancel everything, one of the employee's got angry and hit something in the store to show his unprofessional attitude and left. I also lost my number because when they were transfering the phone number to their own company it got lost. The employees working there had no idea about what to do. I called customer service many times they could not get my number back. After a month I got charged from freedom and when I called they said I have a line with them even though I had no sim card or phone from that company. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone its a headache.
