Friendly, not keen on sending anyone to a 3 star but if you have already been to one just request and they will accommodate you. Dress in layers if you plan to sit in here for awhile; x3 trips it was very warm @ this location. Just need a drink & you would feel like already at destination haha

I have had an amazing experience with customer service at the Flight Centre. i find them to be extremely helpful, pleasant, courteous and knowledgable. Last year I was wanting to take my girls on a memorable trip not only did Lisa do an amazing job at orchestrating the perfect vacation at an affordable price, other staff members got involved in giving some wonderful ideas and tips. I was also impressed at how quickly Lisa worked on my behalf at getting me a last minute flight back to Canada from the UK, whilst she was extremely busy! I couldn't be more happier to recommend Flight Centre in Red Deer.
It has to be said that the flight center is without a doubt the best in town to help with your travel plans, my husband and I travel quite frequently and have always received the best customer service, especially from Melinda and Jeff. They both possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in their field and are always very friendly and professional, they go above and beyond researching the best flights or packages and arrange every detail. Nothing is too much trouble for them and because of them we get to travel seamlessly without a single hitch. I have witnessed how busy they can be at the store serving customers one after the other with barely a break in between and still they are always giving their very best efforts. We had an amazing experience dealing with Flight Centre, this past weekend. They were super busy and lined up out the door, so we had a little bit of a wait. When the agent finished up with the people she was with, she called us on over. Immediately she apologized for the wait and was eager to help. She listened to our needs, and even though it was busy in there with more people coming in, she never rushed us. Took her time and ultimately was able to get out trip all booked up! Thank you Ashley for taking the time with us, listening and making us feel comfortable in booking with a travel agent! Kudos to the staff that was working that day, everyone was smiling and laughing in the store which made the whole experience worth it!
Lhendale gave us the ultimate customer service experience!!! He worked tirelessly and graciously to get us the rooms and flights we wanted. He stayed way beyond his work schedule and came in early to ensure we got our vacation planned. We are very grateful and impressed with what an excellent job he has done. Thank you so much ️️
We have dealt with both Kerri and Melinda, and I cannot say enough how professional and fun they both are to work with. Incredibly accommodating, great prices and tons of knowledge.
