Great service. 5.5 years ago we were in an accident while parked at a red light in our less than a year old van, they repaired and painted it , were prompt and professional. There was a problem with the sealer and our hood peeled. They fixed it promptly, went above and beyond by also detailing it. As a father of three this was a BIG deal to me. Dave also helped me readjust my door on my truck while we we chatting in parking lot. I definitely recommend them. Very thankful today.

I had my front bumper on my Ram fixed up at Fix Auto Red Deer North and it turned out really nice. I also had repairs done on my 2018 Honda Odyssey. Their customer service is always great and they go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued. I highly recommend this Fix Auto location...
The staff is awesome right from the two receptionist to the estimator, they were very friendly and professional. Had to have the rear hatch handle replaced and molding. Went to book an appointment and the estimator checked with the shop foreman and he said they could do it right away for me and finished it in less than a hour. I was expecting to pay more for the work but there estimate was a way lower than I anticipated. Hopefully I won't have a future accident but if I do they will get my business. Thanks Fix

Every one employed here is an absolute gem :) Both receptionists that I have met and other technicians that have worked on my car. I was updated as well as provided a link to monitor the process of my vehicle. I had recently went to have some weather stripping reattached. And was offered service upon arrival. The fix was done within a couple hours.....because they fixed a technical issue I was having with my keyless entry and command start. And was not charged at all. Even though I had went in for a simple adjustment for body work. Two years after my accident. I was so excited about this because to have my keys fixed, another shop, only did diagnostics for the keys charging me 160, again did nothing to fix it, and on top of that, told me I would need to completely replace a very expensive part and book another appointment. Fix auto adjusted it (with out replacement of the part) and everything is working perfectly. They fixed it for nothing and saved me from being taken advantage of, from another shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The best service I have had for quite some time. I will be back for anything that they can fix, if needed. ️️️️️ Keep it up !
