I recently have gotten jaw surgery and the planning that they provided before and after was amazing! I have been a patient for many years and I would recommend someone to come here as well. I can only say good things about Dr.Natasha and her staff. They really care about how you are doing and what needs to be done in order to achieve what you came there for. I appreciate everything they have done for me in my long time there! The first picture shows me at the start before braces or anything and the second picture is me a few weeks post surgery.

Thumbs up. Just a great place. Thanks to the awesome RDA's that work on me and Dr. Natasha who is always soft spoken and gentle. If I could give a tip to future patients it would be to 'just trust the process because they know what they're doing and why they're placing certain wires and brackets'
I just went in for a free consultation for braces and this clinic legit just surprised me by giving me my entire treatment for free! I was so floored that I cried. Not only did they do that but they are also giving a child in need of orthopedic work braces on my behalf. What an amazing thing to do!!! Thanks guys, I really needed that today.
We requested cancellation of service in May, we were up to date on payments. When they finally took the braces off they wanted over 500 in "overdue balance". Also they charged our insurance company for procedures they never did. Buyer beware! Bunch of crooks!
I have found the Red Deer Orthodontics is an amazing place. The staff is absolutely awesome, it’s comfortable and you truly feel like family. They are extremely professional and kind. They did an outstanding job at fixing my daughters teeth and she now has an absolutely beautiful smile. I highly recommend this place.
Arrived today with my almost 15 year old son and was eventually greeted by a staff member who then went through the whole covid questionnaire procedure which was fine. Once completed we were not asked if we would like to wear a mask we were forced to wear one and they only had pink ones...my son was not happy to have to wear a pink mask, when we asked if they had blue ones the lady replied no and laughed/snickered at us in front of the other customers..which was not appreciated
They really sold us on getting our daughter braces preemptively at 8 years old to "prevent the need for expensive dental work later on". That cost me close to 3000. After wearing her braces for almost two years now they want to put ANOTHER full set of braces in for 2 MORE YEARS for 6000!?! Thats 9K total. When I asked questions I got a whole lot of "Maybe", "Potentially" and "Possiblies"....I asked them how much it would have cost us to wait until ALL her teeth were grown in and waited to get a full set of braces they said 5-7K. But there was no mention of that in her consultation 2 years ago!!!! The tune changed once the bill was paid and I feel scammed! Would have been better off to wait because she still has to get full braces anyways! At the very least get a 2nd opinion people. Most ortho's do free consultations! These guys are worse than mechanics!
Today is October 1st and I got my braces off!! The finished product was amazing!! I feel like I can smile again. The people who helped with my braces and taking them off did an excellent job. They were super friendly asking questions and spreading infectious smiles with their perfect teeth. Once I was done so many of the staff came and congratulated me and made me feel so special. I can't say how happy I am because of my smile! I have received so many complements! I would recommend Red Deer Orthodontics to anybody!
