Lisa is always phenomenal. I bring her in crazy ideas and she is always able to apply them to my nails. She is super talented and I have never had a better, longer lasting sets of nails as I do with her nails. I have gone to lots of salons here in Red Deer and by far she is the best and has great pricing!

Each time I go there I've very impressed, then a week or so later 4-3 nails start to lift. If I'm paying you 70 I want good nails, not nails that are extremely fragile and fall off. I've had my current nails on for a week and a half and 3 nails are lifting, and 2 nails are broken. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Regal nails in parkland mall do a much better job, and when I get my nails done at regal none break as easy as they do if I go to diva nails. I like going there because they do such a good job with what you ask for, but the quality isn't worth the money you pay.

Pleasant staff, however not impressed the prices are not listed. A little pricey for what you get. If I'm paying 40 for a manicure- at least massage my hands. If I'm paying 50 for a pedicure- please don't get me to walk around with no 'slippers' on your dirty floor. Plenty of options in the city- will keep on riding!
My nails lifted after 2 to 3 days everytime I went. The owner (Lisa) had me convinced it was my "oily nail bed". After months of this, during an appointment, another customer had the same complaint. She had the same response "oily nail bed." Customer service is lacking here, to put it mildly. Not only the nails , she's just plain rude. After switching to another salon, my nails lasted 4 weeks with no lifting. Also, it is kind of nice to get friendly service elsewhere.
