We are very pleased with the results after removal of old siding and replacement with Hardie board siding. The Quote that was given before the project commenced was exactly what we paid upon completion.
We had the crew from Dave X Constuction help us finish a conversion of a small attached garage into a sunroom... From start to finish they were extremely professional, always keeping us informed as to their progress and if they had any questions or concerns. We were unfortunate to be hit with some very severe weather during our renovation but the crew kept a brave face and adjusted their schedules as necessary... Never a complaint, the work was professional and thorough and done always with a smile. The clean up was also impressive and there really was very little interruption to our daily schedule. We are very happy with the finished result and also impressed that the price we were quoted was, in fact, the price we paid.. A worthwhile investment for sure. We would highly recommend Dave and his crew and a special mention to Andrew, the project manager, who was absolutely superb.. I'm quite sure we will be using Dave X construction again in the future.

We had DaveX do a repair to our roof recently. The timing of our repair couldn’t be any worse because of the cold snap we have been stuck in but on a Sunday morning he came out to our place in Beaumont and spent half the day on the roof in fridgid temperatures doing the work. We are extremely happy with everything from our initial call, the time to receive a quote and then of course the final product. We would definitely have DaveX back in the future should we need more work done. Thank you so much!
DaveX made my house look like a piece of artwork! Bryan and Frank were tasked to do my siding after an insurance claim. This is some of the finest craftsmanship I have ever seen. I cannot be more pleased and I would definitely recommend them!
