I went in looking for a pair of glasses today. I was approached by a man told me the COVID rules, I said to him alright well I’m looking for a pair of glasses that look similar to the pair I had on. His response was good luck and walked away! Nobody else offered to help, even though there was two women at the desk talking about an awe full infection she had. My glasses usually cost a good chunk of money as my prescription is horrible. I would have bought the outrageous priced glasses I eventually found on my own if I had someone there trying to be a salesperson making me feel like I deserved to be there. Go to LensCrafters they have much better costumer service.

Overall, I was pleased with my purchase but disappointed with the case I was given. It was a kids Roots case...I have 3 small grandchildren who all have the same case. I did ask for something more appropriate for a senior but was shrugged off by the girl helping me. I will say that the young guy who works there was very helpful. In answer to your reply, it was not that I didn't like the case,, it was because I was given a case to small for the glasses to fit into. Adult glasses do not fit into kids cases. I have already bought a new case from a different location.

Very professional friendly service. I had been to another similar business prior to coming, and waited for 30 minutes while I browsed at frames and not one person spoke to me. So I left and came here and had my examination, frames picked out, ordered and paid for within 45 minutes. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful!!

I stopped by this store to get my nose pads changed, since they were starting to fall off. The gentleman who served me (and I really wish I could remember his name) was so friendly and helpful. He was gone for a while changing them, but when he came back he told me that he had straightened my glasses right away, as they had been bent. I was blown away by the friendliness and amazing customer service for a non-paying customer. I had previously been to Lenscrafters and received very poor service, so I had not been expecting this. I will definitely be returning to this store.

If I could give a higher rating I would. At around 3:30pm today (April 3) a gentleman helped me by fixing my glasses. The arm broke off, I was fearing for the worse case scenario (having to send them out or buy a new pair). Thankfully he was able to glue the arm back together and tighten the screws. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received.

My son got a crack in one of the lenses in his glasses. We went into the store and we were greeted by Nicholas. We told him what had happened, and he took my son's glasses and said he would take care of it, and told us to come back in 45 minutes. Exactly 45 mins later we got a phone call from Nicholas saying the glasses were repaired and we could come in any time and pick them up. Fast and professional service !! We are very happy! Great Job!
