What a very positive dental experience!!! All of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional! They all made me feel at ease. Dr. Appairaju was so informative, taking time to explain everything in such a thorough yet easy to understand way! He explained the options and his recommendations, then left the decision for me to make... no pressure! I really appreciated the team, how well they work together, as well as the pleasant atmosphere they create!

Currently sitting in waiting to get four wisdom teeth removed. I'm not worried. I've been here several times for major operations such as crowns. They are fast and painless. The dentist will jiggle your cheek while giving you your needles and you don't even feel it. I would recommend this place to all my friends and will not go to another place for my dental needs.
Incredibly kind and competent staff. Before visiting this clinic I absolutely dreaded the dentist! Literally the only dental clinic I know who sends you home with warm chocolate chip cookies! Always willing to accommodate their clients. Overall great experience everytime. Would highly recommend!!
I had an appointment for a simple teeth cleaning. As part of their routine practice, the hygienist took my blood pressure. It was high. We did the teeth cleaning and did 2 more blood pressure checks. The numbers were still high. So for a few days after, I got my blood pressure checked but it wasn’t coming down. The doctor did tests and we discovered I had very high cholesterol to go along with the high blood pressure. My doctor said I’m at a cardiac arrest risk. So I’m on medicine now and made a nutrition/exercise and lifestyle change. If it hadn’t been for concept’s diligence, I wouldn’t have known there was something wrong. Thanks to the dedicated staff who really went the extra mile to make sure I am healthy.
Everybody there is so nice. Positive atmosphere makes the experience not so painful. As soon as you enter the building the stairs and all through out the dentist office is very clean.
