Love these ladies! The knowledge and friendly staff are amazing! I had an issue with my new licensed producer and was very unimpressed, they immediately sent me a list of producers which would better suit my budget. I will always talk these gals up. They are great and can give you ALL the cannabis knowledge that you cannot get on the recreational side.

From the very first contact on the phone the staff and management of Compass has gone the second mile for me. My first intake was up in Edmonton where they fit in my appointment with compassion and good listening ears. Closer to where we live, I go to the Red Deer clinic where they call me by name and recognize my voice on the phone. I would recommend this company and am glad for their kind assistance.
I was apprehensive when first coming to the clinic but the staff there go above and beyond to make one feel at ease. One is encouraged to ask questions and they take the time to make you feel as though every issue and concern is addressed. The doctors are very pleasant and will discuss any concerns as well. This is a superior facility and the patient's comfort and ease are at the top of each and every one of all of their priorities! Great place!
Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Definitely willing to help explain everything and make your experience comfortable. My only criticism is that I was given a prescription with an error on the expiration date, but they were able to fix that quite quickly when I brought it to their attention!
Booked an appointment three months ago, got a confirmation phone call about appointment last week and went today they said It was not in their system and no appointment available. This was a doctor referral and they said they had nothing. Being handicap and having to get Transportation to the clinic was a waste of money. Staff was extremely rude and was told to call in a week or so to book another appointment for when they change their calendar to next month. Was a horrible experience and hope the staff learns how to smile and be pleasant.
