Pretty irritated, went into Claires in the early afternoon on august 5th to get ears pierced with a friend and it was a bit busy, so we were told to come back later. We came back a few hours later around 6 and there was barely anyone in the store but were told to come back in 15 minutes to get our ears pierced, and when we came back 15 mins later, the lady told us she would not have time to pierce our ears even though there was no one in the store, and they were still open another 40 minutes. Really dissapointed that we drove there twice, and made 3 visits just to be sent away.

Just had my daughter’s bday party there. We all had a blast. The girls said they would give it an 11.5 out of 10. Spa La La La Party was a blast. Fredrick was amazing and kept the girls entertained from beginning to end.

My 4 year old niece has been begging to get her ears peirced so my sister brought her here. Frederick was incredible with her. He talked to her the whole time so she was night and calm and taught her how to care for them in 4 year old terms ! Thank you so so much Fredrick for making her day and for being so great !

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. We told the girl at least 3 times she had a dance recital and had to take them out and all she said was oh yes she will be fine to take them out for a few hours. Anyway they grew over and gave us no customer service just said sorry your luck and the manager never called us back. Will never go back for anything !!

Very bad customer care service when I went on 24/04/2019 at 12:30.He was very rude.. just over talking..my baby was crying and wanted to check out but he raised his voice and talked to me..I had to leave the place right away ..first worst experience ever had.

They reuse their piercing gun on multiple different people, you could get hepatitis.
