We have gone through 3 hail storms over the last 5 years on most of our homes. Baseball sized hail, vehicle damage, siding damage, roof damage all the hail loss you could imagine. With all that damage the worst part of the 3 storms hands down, is having to work with Claimspro, Red Deer Office on the 2015 storm. The Claimspro Protocols were not adhered to, information vital to my claim was withheld and finally cheques that were sent from my insurance company were held in the Red Deer Office and would not be released until I came in to sign-off my claim. Do not settle for what Claimspro tells you! If you do not believe them check it out with friends, neighbours, Federal or Provincial Government agencies. Where the other adjusters from previous storms developed a sense of trust, there was no trust with Claimspro. If you ever are unfortunate enough to have a hail storm, when you report the storm to your insurance agent tell them that you do not want Claimspro to adjust your claim! This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with my insurance claim through Claims Pro. 6 months in and I still have no idea what is happening. 6 months of lost revenue and nothing but costs to me and my business. Emails dont get returned and call backs dont happen. Currently trying to request a different company be assigned to my claim.

No call back, email no reply, now the customer service number google has for them is out of service. My claim started in March 2019 and it is now May 2019.
