Was denied service because I am unable to wear a mask. Thanks for the horrible experience. My wife had to wander around looking for what she came for by her self while i stood outside and called her on the phone. Heard multiple bad experiences with management not giving any form of help or alternative options. Un-knowledgeable and ignorant staff and management. Worst in the city. Never coming back again. As a client relations manager that was the worst experience and most oppressive experience I have had in a “professional” business. Shocked and extremely disappointed. Will not recommend.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The store was well-kept (tidy and stocked). Another great Chapters location.

Brought my grandma in on Wed Mar 10 and Taylor was so helpful and gave my grandma great suggestions, and she is enjoying the books she got. Taylor has great customer service skills and is super knowedgable about the books, genres, and is able to reccommend books easily. My grandma was also very impressed and kept commenting over how great Taylor was when helping us.

I am mask exempt, but wear a shield out of consideration for others... was told I could not enter without wearing a mask. When did shields become \unacceptable\ as a face coverings? I won't shop there ever again.
