I dropped a star for the somewhat privacy invasive tracking policy. Some of us are uncomfortable with that stuff. I guess the bigger a business is, the more politically correct they must be. That said, Mark at the parts counter gets 6 stars for being 100% accurate on every order I've made and for being hands-down the most helpful parts person I've ever encountered. I hope he's appreciated for his efforts.

I do not give one star reviews loosely, this is my first. The front desk lady was incredibly rude. I spoke to someone else, not sure of his role. I was about to purchase an industrial chainsaw, I was so disgusted by the way I was treated. I will not support any business that commits human rights violations willfully. Even after indicating I have medical issues and the right to privacy surrounding them, whatever guy spoke to me had zero interest in hearing about the bylaw and that I was indeed following it, everyone that I came into contact with acted like total virtuous trash over this encounter. I went and spent my money at another Stihl dealership that was incredibly helpful. They lost a quick thousand dollars. I will never set foot in this store again. What is the world coming to when businesses are allowed to willfully violate human rights and kick someone out for their prejudice attitude against people with respiratory disabilities.
I called about parts and brad asked to call me back, lone behold he called back within minutes, he had all the information i needed and then some. must be the only place in red deer that calls customers back! very impressed with the part department everytime i go in. thanks brad!
