I had the privilege of being served by Mr. Davies. I am very grateful for his work, kindness, and professionalism. Mr. Davies looked after my best interests when fixing my computer. When I presented him with my computer, he kindly and openly explained to me all the processes that he would go through to make that my computer was restored to its best possible condition. He also openly discussed with me my doubts and did a marvelous job at repairing my computer. I believe that he cares about serving his clients and I highly recommend his services. I might add that the prices were absolutely reasonable, his service was prompt, and his work was dilligent.

I called Vince on Saturday Jan 8 with a question about my broken laptop screen. He gave me extremely solid advice and realistic quotes for how much a diagnostic & repair would cost. I ended up not spending any money with Central Computer Technologies because with Vince's help, realized it'd be a better investment to just buy another device. Despite this, Vince was super helpful and kind - I'd feel confident with him or his team helping me with my devices in the future.
We had an old desktop computer which was running very slow. Within 24 hours of receiving it, Vince had the problem thoroughly diagnosed and repair options communicated. Within a week we received our computer back with a new hard drive and upgraded RAM all of which had it operating lightning quick. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use again for computer issues.
I contacted Vince in the morning with a problem I was having with my desktop. I dropped the computer off and had it back later that evening. Vince explained the diagnostics and maintenance that he conducted in a manner which was very professional and easy to understand. He answered all my questions easily and the cost for the work was very reasonable. He followed up with me 2 days later to ensure that it was running smoothly and I had not encountered any difficulties. Thank you Vince.
