Product is good with good price. Service was good UNTIL I went to pay for my purchase. Them employee asked if they could email me my receipt. I said no, and that I would take a paper copy right now. She printed off the receipt and handed it to me, with no eye contact, no 'Thank you', or anything. This is the 2nd time this has happened in less than a month. Service was good up until I asked for an actual paper receipt. The first time, she actually said that they want to go paperless, but both times, she printed off a copy for the stores records, but it seemed to really put her out that I too wanted a paper receipt. First time I chalked it up to a poor employee. Second time, I'm seeing a pattern. Paper Nazi or something. Don't be saying the company is going paperless, and you print a receipt off for your own records. If this is company policy, it sure reflects poor on the customer service. If the paper is too expensive, maybe keep a paperless copy for the store and give the paying customer the paper copy.

Very poor customer service...very disappointed. The girl was more occupied on her phone to even notice I walked in there. And when I asked if they had a certain size in these heels I was interested in, instead of checking she just said no. I'd like to know why they hired the girl with the short black hair. Definitely won't be shopping at this location again.
All their employees seem helpful and friendly.
I went into the store today to get a pair of shoes. I asked the girl twice if she was cashing me out the right pair. She just brushed it off and said yes. I come home and check she gave me 2 right foot shoes one is 6.5 and the other is 7. I know mistakes happen but when a customer asks to double check twice it is the workers responsibility to check thoroughly, extremely disappointed.
