Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this company. For them to still be in business must be the eighth wonder of the world! First off, their service charge just to pick up the phone and speak to you is 150. Then when they say they will have the situation dealt with by tomorrow they mean next week. When they eventually come to fix it, you find out it was never fixed and the bill is in your hands in less than 24 hours - the only part of their service that is expedient. When you tell them it's not fixed they say they'll \fit you in when they can\. Try them at your own risk.

If you live in central Alberta you need to talk to these people. The difference in laundry, washing dishes and bathing is unbelievable. The pricing is better than competitors I've used and service and installation is great. You won't be sorry. Save your water heater, washer and dishwasher and make cleaning easier. Just do it.
Always have had a good experience. Friendly and helpful.
I do not know how this company is still in business. I recommend anyone using Bradley's for water treatment to research first.
