Nathan was amazing. He answered many calls and texts and provided a free inspection. He was no judgmental and very kind with my many nervous questions. He was professional and provided practical solutions to an issue with larder beetles. He was not out to take money or use unneeded pesticides. Strongly recommend.

Nathan is a professional and uses bug specific pesticide. He provides a great customer service and is a great person to work with. Punctual and excellent at what he does.
We had a scare regarding bed bugs (someone we knew had them and had visited us, we only found out later) and I went 3 days without sleep and cleaning like an insane person. My husband called Nathan to just come and inspect our home for any signs of our own infestation to ease my mind. Nathan was so kind and understanding. He happily sorted through my vacuum cleaner to see if I had vacuumed any bugs up, checked all corners of our furniture, baseboards, bed frame, even our cat tower! Luckily, we didn't get any, but having him come over just to look truly made my panic subside. I would highly recommend him. Exceptional value for non-judgmental, polite, and thorough service.
Nathan is a wonderful person! We live in a duplex and our neighbor had hired Nathan to come and treat for ants on their side. I noticed him outside and enquired what he was doing. After a short chat, I asked him if he could do ours and he said no problem! When he was done with the neighbors yard he immediately came and did ours. This could gave been his last job of the day, but cheerily took our yard on. Very professional, sense of humour, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. And being that it was so affordable, we’ll get it done again if necessary. Thanks again Nathan!
Great Service. Called on a Saturday when we had a rogue Squirrel in our attic. He came that day and inspected for damage, identified where the squirrel was entering and repaired the soffit. He even came for a second visit when we heard sounds again and couldn't tell if the squirrel was back inside or just trying to get inside. Was great talking to my young kids and answering their questions as well. Will definitely hold on to this business card and recommend to friends.
We received top notch service, plus a rate that was a 1/3 of the same service with different companies. And when I was nervous with questions, Nathan was non judgemental, punctual on his responses and really set me at ease. Highly recommend over anyone else in Red Deer ️
