Amazing experience. I went in fairly upset and angry due to my experience with chat and phone representatives. I didn’t stay upset long once I went in store. The service was amazing, friendly and quick. Came out with everything I wanted and more. Amazing deals, and the reps were personable and helpful. Absolutely would recommend.

If you are looking for a new phone or wanting to switch providers, go to Bell in Parkland and ask to speak to Ashley. She is super kind and can help you with anything you are looking for. She is also amazing at helping you pick the cheapest plan and whatever else you want to suit your needs! I've been with bell since I got my very first phone and have always gotten screwed over by someone. This didn't happen with Ashley. She knew exactly what she was doing and got me everything I needed for the cheapest price! If I could rate her more than five stars, I definitely would! Best experience I've had yet with a service provider :)
If your looking for amazing customer service, go to the bell store in Parkland mall. I have Been a bell customer for years, and Blaire and her team gave me the best customer service I have ever received.
The Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Mark's service was fantastic. He took the time to ensure he answered all my questions and got me the best deal possible. I absolutely recommend this location.
