Had a great experience here 11 years ago when purchasing an Alpine marine head unit. The gentleman working the counter/showroom was knowledgeable and their pricing was fair. Decided to go back a couple of years ago to schedule my vehicle in for a remote starter install. The lady at the front desk was not pleasant to deal with in so many ways I could write a short story about her. I ended up not scheduling my vehicle in and got too busy to try anywhere else that year. Fast forward a year, I thought I’d try Autotemp again as I still liked the shop. I phoned in to schedule an install and the same woman from a year before answered the phone. After another completely fruitless encounter with this absolutely toxic human being I gave up and decided to call Vibe Car Audio across the street. They were completely painless to deal with, fair pricing and a quick, clean install to boot. If toxic lady ever gets around to reading this review. Did you figure out “the number” you needed me to find for you but couldn’t tell me what or where that number was before you hung up on me? Cheers.

Got a remote start as a gift and got it installed here. And I've been having issues with my dashboard gauges freaking out ever since. Got it looked at and they charged me just to have it looked and nothing else. Go to a better auto shop and save yourself the headache and money.
Just wanted to say thanks for the quick and excellent service at the Red Deer location! I had purchased a floor model mono amp from them, and all appeared well until I actually got fiddling with it. It had an issue with the input sensitivity pot. I contacted James (Red Deer Store Manager) and explained the situation. Normally with floor models, I was told I'd have to send it away for repair. But he managed to pull a replacement from another location so that I wouldn't have to wait, as I had only had the amp a week. Very happy with the service and pricing. Check them out!
Since Jeff left. The new guys has been jacking prices like crazy. Took my business to certified and JBs.
Everyone is very helpful & polite. Customer service is great. and I am enjoying my smart start :)
