Really great people here all so nice and helpful! I was hesitant at first because of my experience with the south branch. But the north branch I highly recommend. Relaxed and fun atmosphere. And everyone there is so nice!
I want to write review for teller who gave us an extraordinary service. Her name is Sabrina. She was just amazing and not only did she solve our problem in less than 5 mins but she took the time to explain to my 16 year old how bank account and debit card limits work. She even called me and followed up the next day to tell me she did as we discussed and if everything was okay. And thats when i decided I need to write a review for her. I am amazed that bankers like her exist which can deal with you on a personal level and not treat you as money or sale for them. Thanks Sabrina, you are the best!! I hope a manager reads this and give you the appreciation that you deserve!
