I was shopping in the store im assuming it was the assistant manager greeting certain customers. She had the nerve to greet 2 customers asking if they needed anything looked at me and turned away. I usually dont buy from a store that the girl is rude or dont talk to. I have had issues with this girl before she isnt nice, very rude and gossips alot. She has glasses super snotty shouldnt miss her. Very rude negative employee go to parkland and shop.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Love the clothes but have to say I will never buy another belt from there again, they just fall apart!

A snarky women “greeting” customers at the door informing them to “be quick - your only have 1/2 hour to shop” does not make for a good experience here. I doubt this shopping time limit a government guideline based on the fact that no other stores mentioned this. Regardless, this women was extremely unwelcoming.

Absolutely terrible music. It is way too loud and makes me want to get out of the area as fast as possible. Please consider changing store policy if it is to have ridiculously loud music. If not for the music, I wouldn't mind this location as much. I normally just go in to check out the flats since they are decently priced. Leduc location is a lot better with more space to move, better prices, and more stock.
