Carlos did an amazing impromptu job at fixing my computer after I accidently dropped it. He even cleaned it and made it shiny and new! His passion for his work is obvious!!
Disappointing and questionable. I have a messed up BIOS menu preventing me from the installation of a new OS. I was needing Carlos to do that and set up the BIOS.. but... uneventful I walked out with a new OS. Still needing the fix for which I got nothing but wasted time and a OS with the BIOS which he couldn't repair.
