Poor service Shannon Phone appointment start at 8am and I have been on hold for 51 min until 8.51am and was second in the line and when by the time it was my turn Shannon said all phone appointment booked and when I asked how many appointment did you have and she said 4 and I said not one person can take all 4 different appointment as I was second in the line and she said I don’t know haha Anyway I will not recommend this medical clinic to anyone who wants to book in an appointment over the phone as it is waste of time.
If you have an appointment at 9 and your there when they open at 9, don't expect to get into your appointment until after the person whose appointment was 9:15. This is a clinic that doesn't really care about your scheduled appointment, it's more like appointment by preference instead of time
