Savannah is very good at her job. I wanted to rent a unit right before closing and she got me everything I needed in less than 15 minutes. She is very thorough in explaining everything about my rental. I am now the proud renter of a 10x12 storage unit.

Just a quick "shout out" to the owners of ESS located in Red Bluff, Ca. I have been a renter (of up to 3 units) (currently 2) for many years (way before you bought the property). I have always been satisfied with the service & security of this property - Recently, I have come to know John (your on-site manager) and want you to know, that he is one of the main reasons I have continued to keep my property at that location. I had some Auto Pay issues (with my bank) and John's clear communication with me during my ordeal was nothing less than commendable. This place is awesome. It is clean, the young lady who helped us is amazing she had all the answers and was very informative. They also have security cams, pest control, coded gate, the whole nine yards! 10/10
Really good service and it was easy to get a storage unit. Prices are pretty cheap and the guys made it an easy process. Very secure and easy access. I would recommend it to anyone
I rented a storage unit here for a couple of months. The place is very secure, but also easily accessible. If I have to store anything in the future, I will definitely go back.
Probably the best storage facility I've ever used. The staff are extremely friendly, & helpful. Especially John who always seems to go above and beyond. Thank you John, you are awesome!!
