I was there for over two hours to process one single transaction, The purchase of a phone. The gentleman that worked at the store was nice and all but unable to complete the transaction because of technical issues with the AT&T system. I felt bad for him because it was painful how frustrated this guy was with his own employers inability to create a system that process is transactions smoothly. There was nothing special or complex about my trans action. AT&T just lacks any sort of technical sophistication when it comes to processing transactions.
