We tried the double cheeseburger, grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries.. There wasn't anything special about them. What we woukd recommend are the shakes. They are made with real ice cream and are delicious. I loved the moose tracks shake. If a Jack's pops up on Maps I would definitely stop by for another shake.

French fries were hot!
The wait for my chicken fingers and fries was almost 15 minutes. The service was terrible. We ordered ketchup and ranch to go with it, but there was no ketchup. Also, my three chicken fingers were really small. Two of them were the size of the other one combined, but even the larger one wasn't as big as it should have been. If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would. Normally I love eating at Jack's. But this time it just wasn't as good.
I grew up eating at jacks in Red Bay. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ate breakfast there. It’s always been great. But here recently it has went down hill. The food is honestly not good anymore and the employees there are horrible. They aren’t friendly and get orders wrong most of the time. This morning an employee had the bag my food was in and was swinging it around as she was walking to the window. I mean be professional and polite to your customers or they might stop coming. I hope the owners do something about this or my family and I won’t be coming anymore.
