Disgusting service refused to see my 86 year old Nana and told her to go to A&E when we have been told not to go to A&E. The receptionist was rude to us and was very unprofessional.

Despite being in my 30s I’ve lived in 25 houses(Lon story!) so you can imagine over the years I’ve registered and attended a fair few different surgeries. This is far and away the best. I’ve seen our regular doctor here, nurses, midwifes, and health visitors and all have been exceptional. The reception staff are great and none of the ‘gatekeepers’ so often experienced. I’ve never failed to get an appointment the same day and things usually run to time. I want to especially commend Dr Ferguson. We’ve never had a proper ‘family doctor’ before and he is just amazing. I have two young children and to get continuity of care has been a breath of fresh air. I’ve never felt rushed or fobbed off. I feel my concerns have always been listened to, any diagnosis has been fully explained, and I’ve been fully involved in any decisions around treatment. We are actually desperately in need of a bigger house but one of the reasons we are holding off moving is that this surgery is a major plus point of living in Amersham.
