Called them to rebuild a turbo 350 for me, they said it would be a couple weeks before they could get to it. So 2 weeks later I dropped it off to them, a month later I called to see when it would be ready. The guy on the phone asked what it looked like, I described it as well as you can describe a transmission to which he replied \I'll call you back\. Another month goes by and they tell me it will be ready Friday, I call on Friday and they say it'll be a few more days. Long story short I dropped off the trans in April and went and picked it up in October and it was in the exact spot I unloaded it originally and it had never been touched.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. However, they are so busy it took longer than normal to get my vehicle back. I was ok with that seeing I didn't need it for my daily driver.
HORRIBLE! I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY CAR BACK. IT HAS BEEN THERE SINCE JULY 4TH. THIS IS DECEMBER 2. CAnt even get them to Answer the phone!

I have had my jeep in and out of there for the past 7months they where slow and still didnt fix anything I have my car a couple weeks transmission would mess up again and everytime I call and say something they would tell me there wasnt anything wrong then I would actually brake down and prove them wrong..I will not take my car back to them I rather drive 45 mins to hr to have quilty care
