Have been seeing Russ for sports massage a number of times, and while it's hardly a 'relaxing' massage I can feel the good it's done in the days after. Really helps if you're training and pushing yourself, so need to work out any tension in certain muscles.

Exceptionally good - always manages to pin point the underlying problem. Whether it is shoulders, back, legs, feet, Russ and has the techniques to to get them working again. Both preparing for, and tackling problems arising from a range of sports, I have always found Russ to make a huge difference and make me feel looser and more mobile.

Russ has helped me identify and treat problems I’ve been struggling with for a very long time. He really knows his stuff, and on top of that, he’s a lovely guy.
