My old Dad plays there once a month with his old pal, they have a great time rolling back the years, although they reckon Table 8 'drifts a bit', but its probably them just missing easy shots (ha). They prefer when the jukebox is off, as that can make them miss as well (ha).
This place is a really great spot for pool/billiards. They have American pool, British Pool, and Snooker. Over 25 tables overall, so plenty of availability. I can imagine it would be great spot for a few hours of drinking with friends. I went by myself, but had a lovely time. Definitely recommended. The bar has a wide selection, and for those of you who don’t want to play pool there is also a sitting area.
So this is a bar / pool club with lots of pool tables. There's a bit of a hassle if of you want to play pool though. You need to have to membership for one thing, but the tables are really good quality. Weekends there's usually a waiting list to play unless you've reserved a table. Drinks are about usual for this kind of place.
