Absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Dr Haji and Joanna. Everyone is very friendly and professional right from the start to the after service. Dr Haji is detailed oriented and precise in making sure that my eye test was checked properly. I was very comfortable to share with him any discomfort or issues. I had made an appointment prior to the visit and they attended to me as soon as I arrived. Joanna was very engaging in helping to pick the glasses that suit my face shape. A pleasant and positive experience for me m and I was very satisfied with how they assisted me right from the start. The glasses that I purchased are of high quality as well. I would definitely come back and recommend others to visit Realeyes!

If you are choosing between Realeyes and using one of the larger chains, make your mind up already and give Realeyes a call. I found everything from booking an appointment and attending to be easy and helpful.Thank you Joanna for top customer service, especially for making sure i made the right choice with my eye brow ratio and land on decent Armani Frames:-) The test itself to be the highest customer service and assurance through good advice beyond just wearing glasses for eye health. Shabana checked my eye health and explored beyond the test to see if activity and diet could have been impact on migraines. Reason for the detail here is reminded me of the cattle market known as Specsavers which was always chaotic when going there for my tests and no real feeling i walked away with the best customer service.
