Ive had 3 deliveries from here so far, all have failed. Today's excuse was that the road was closed, as you can see in my picture, it obviously isn't. Then I had to jump through hoops to speak with anyone, once I did they basically said sorry we will deliver Monday. I will be at work Monday and my parcel requires a signature. Hence why I organised it for the weekend. Its just the worst delivery service I have ever used, I dont understand how people still use them.

Disgraceful service. Where is my son's parcel???? You did NOT deliver on the 4th December and we have provided CCTV footage to prove it. According to you the parcel was signed for. NOBODY IN OUR HOUSEHOLD SIGNED FOR THAT PARCEL. So now this is also fraudulent!!! I think may be the police should be involved. YOU CAN NOT KEEP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. Never ever will I use your service again and I will be encouraging people to avoid using your services. Obsolutely appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was to yodel on 20 the too take my parcel...the lady from there call the driver end told me will deliver on 20th..... I stay home waiting for my parcel for 7 hours...... I Call the driver no answer...i send him a message after 20/min his response was ( I will deliver on Tuesday ) I told him don't deliver...i will come to the model to collect...on 23 the I was there They told me the parcel its with the driver. They try to call the driver like 5 times .end no answer I will not accept any parcel from \yodel\ from now I think they don't care about costumer.

Absolutely the worst! I have been trying to get a delivery since 23 December. I know it's difficult to find a newbuild so I supplied specific directions and a contact number for the driver. Contact centre just lies about delivery times and the people manning the on line chat are rude having cancelled my chat twice whilst in the middle of the query. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned!

On two separate occasions I had a displeasure of dealing with a driver from this facility. First time they delivered my parcel to totally wrong address, then they weren’t able to find access the property even when we live in detached house and nothing is blocking the way to the door. Next day delivery doesn’t work obvs it was 6pm so the driver probably decided that he can’t be bothered... thus making me scramble to find a way for one of the kids to have school trousers that should have been delivered ages ago on the first try .... I understand that we are not made to remember every little street in the whole region but maybe thats why GPS was invented...
