Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Samir for taking his time and explaining how yell works. He showed a lot of useful information, that we were trying to find for some time. Even though we decided not to promote our page on yell (due to financial uncertainty), he still created us a free profile and was super helpful overall. Huge thanks. Keep it up!

Excellent service received from Josh at Yell, who is redesigning our website at present. Has been very helpful and professional throughout, just waiting to go live.
Total disaster. Signed for both reputation manager and ads. Reputation manager managed to change all of my web listings to make me both a bricklayer and doctor at the same time, neither of which I am. Zero response or solutions for help. Ads similar story, 3 hours on the phone setting up, did not start working, emails, chat, zero response or solutions. Left with a huge mess to clear up, and no support or apology. Total disaster and for such a large business, quite hard to understand. Worst decision ever to get involved and to be avoided at all costs.
I would just like to say we are in the process of building our new business. Stacey from yell.com contacted us and was incredibly helpful. She offered us a fantastic package and we felt we could build a good partnership. However, some reviews did raise concerns. The following disscusions really put our minds at ease. Stacey has spent many hours on the phone dedicating her precious time with us and we are very happy with the service so far.
My Consultant was good and has helped me to sort things out! Good Communication Skil and Listening Skills, I am impressed!
