Xoom by PayPal is a horrible service. Is taking a few business days to transfer the money and not a few minutes like they advertising. The last time I tried to use xoom services, I end up canceling the process myself because they keep sending me emails asking for another type of verification. Anyway, is much more to tell really but I'm gonna stop here. P.S I forgot to tell you that I'm waiting for almost three days to receive some money from US through Xoom of course. Sorry about this review. Seems like I posted this review wrong because this company is not Xoom by PayPal is just a Taxi company. I apologize to Xoom Taxi company.

Avoid like the plague. The only reason they are getting one star from me is there is no option for zero stars. I was tricked into using Xoom by what looked like favourable exchange rates. I set up an account & a money transfer to a family member I have been sending money to using other methods for over 10 years. All seemed well until I received an email asking me to contact Xoom to verify the transaction. After being on hold for 10 minutes there was a furthur 15 minutes of being asked personal questions about my transfer, which had little relevance to my transaction. All questions were answered correctly without hesitation. The bright spark on the other end of the phone then told me they were going to cancel the transfer “for my own protection” !! Do not waste your time on this completely useless service. They may offer what appear to be favourable exchange rates, but they have to be without exception the worst company I have ever attempted to use for this service.
Shockingly horrible service! And Xoom Verification Manager Ms Len eventually admitted their incompetency and their need of a particular staff training (Namely Christine) whom actually mistakenly cancelled my transaction. They even lifted my account after christine restricted it by mistake, a mistake that caused the cancellation of my transaction in the first place. They apparently still couldn't put the transaction through because of the initial hiccup. And the dept were so very unconcerning. Xoom should really be reviewed by the Financial services, especially in its failure to provide regulatory policies for money transfers and also not having an official complaints procedure. Cowboys is big understatement. #SayNOXoom
Horrible service. I do not recommended at all. Complicated,LOOOOONG, and nerve consuming process. Advice, just use ur Bank or other services.
Useless service, Took my money and didn't bother to tell me that they couldn't cash the money to my recipient, waste of time.
