BEWARE OF HACK JOB AND PRICE GOUGING. Showed up late, did additional work without asking, no initial quote, and then price gouged to the tune of charging 200 additional dollars for an 8 gasket (which once again was not asked for or approved of for servicing. I was sitting 10 feet away and could have easily been asked). Not to mention the work itself was done VERY poorly and hastily. Not sure if he felt as though he could take advantage because he assumed my girlfriend didn’t know any better. So if you’re a woman reading this, assume that he will also assume very little of you. Wouldn’t return texts after questioned upon the gouging, lack of quote, and additional service provided without question. Not professional AT ALL. Point blank this man does bad business. The North Shore is littered with reputable and honest plumbing services. We chose to use him because of his ties to a bigger contract close to us. Huge mistake. Only use if you enjoying being ripped off amidst a pandemic and then ghosted when questioned why. I’d give zero stars if possible. Also, ONE of his TWO reviews is also himself. This should tell you all you need to know.

I asked them to fix a pipe months ago and they still never answered my calls....unprofessional people i swear...there are way better plumbing companies out there in massachusetts.
