From my first call to their office (I left a message and they came straight back to me), to the visit by Carl who gave a very honest opinion and survey of my 35 year-old door to finally Richard who came and serviced my door and fitted a new electric door opener, Wolverine's service has been fantastic and all in 10 days! - Customer service is 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been extremely happy with our experience of Wolverine from start to finish. Our new garage door looks great, fits perfectly and runs very quietly, which was a most pleasant surprise. We had a number of questions along the way which were answered promptly and with the minimum of fuss by Richard. Contacted this company for help based on their reviews. New build home (Redrow) with incorrectly fitted garage door by The Garage Door Company aka Novoferm. Door would not close properly. More than six visits from the garage door company who failed to identify the faults each time, created new ones and, fitted missing parts. Also refused to fit a bent weather shield claiming I would have to pay. My complaint dragged on for over a year. Why Redrow would entrust such a farcical company is beyond me. Wolverine to the rescue! Issues visually identified upon a quote. Highly professional. Straight forward. No jargon. Pointed out the faults. Redrow said they would invalidate the entire garage door warranty if it was physically inspected. I am pretty sure that’s not a legal manoeuvre. Nonetheless worker kept his word and didn’t touch a thing upon quote. After a lot of going back and forth with Redrow Customer Service the issue was finally handed over to Wolverine to correct after 20 months in our new home. The work was completed within an hour. That’s more than six visits from The Garage Door Company compared to up to an hour of honest accurate labour from Wolverine. Anyhow, top guys. Know what they are talking about and no messing about. Door closes and opens as intended. Smooth. No play. I cannot thank you enough! I don’t think there will be any problems now given all the knowledge and workmanship that went into fixing it. If anything does ever come up with it then this will be the only company I will be contacting. Thank you!

Called this morning with a broken garage door, one of the engineers (very friendly and polite) came out within 3 hours. Once here, I was expecting a temporary fix and to be informed that I'd need a new door but was pleasantly surprised by the honesty of the team. Both the manager whom I spoke to in the morning and the engineer were keen to find a fix rather than replace the whole thing if that were an option. They also offered a fix for a set amount which would be deducted from the price of a new door should we choose to replace it later. Excellent customer service - honest, friendly & professional! Definitely going back to the same place when we eventually need a new door!
