My Brother was just in the other day with some on going undiagnosed health issues. When he had called he was told Doctor Wirth had an opening Friday. They asked him if he had insurance, he said no but was willing to pay in full for the appointment. THAT IS A SIGN SOMEONE ACTUALLY NEEDS HELP. The original opening with Wirth was now unavailable (hmmm) so he asked for the nurse practitioner. During his appointment with her SHE asked him if he had insurance. (I have never had anyone but a receptionist ask me that) He said no. He tried to explain his problems and she was interrupting and dismissive. She said he was too young to have these problems and walked out the door before a proper ending to the appointment. He is currently looking for a real physician who cares about HUMAN BEINGS who does not judge and assume they want drugs or what ever the case. This is not the first time this place has been unhelpful and dismissive to a family member and in turn that person has needed serious help!
